Jason Thaggard

Mr. Jason Thaggard was born and raised in Moultrie, GA, and graduated from Colquitt County High School in 1995. He joined the U.S. Air Force in 1998, serving as an Air Traffic Controller until his retirement in 2020 with the rank of Chief Master Sergeant (E-9). Jason is married to Liza (Juarez) Thaggard of Lockhart, TX, who also served 20 years as a USAF Air Traffic Controller. They have one son, Jackson.Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Master of Science degree in Management from Troy University. Currently, he and Liza manage several short-term rental properties, and he is also pursuing a second career as a professional pilot.
