Lauren Stalvey

Ms. Lauren Stalvey was born and raised in South Georgia, graduating from Colquitt County High School in 2014. During high school, she was heavily involved in music, both vocally and instrumentally. She pursued a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and religious studies, with a minor in Spanish, at Valdosta State University, graduating in 2019. Currently, she writes songs and leads worship at Calvary Baptist Church in Moultrie, Georgia. Additionally, she teaches English, History, Spanish, and Writing to sixth through tenth graders at Colquitt Christian Academy and serves as one of the co-directors for the school musicals. This year, she is excited to continue building relationships with her students. She prays that God will use her as His vessel to love the students wholeheartedly and to teach them that their purpose on earth is to bring glory to His name and to enjoy Him forever.
